Dafna Carr is the Director, Policy, Planning and KTE for Prevention and Cancer Control within CCO. She has a Master’s in Business Administration and has served all of her career in health care. Dafna brings knowledge and experience across a spectrum of health organizations. She specializes in healthcare transformation through the use of policy, change management, communications, knowledge translation and exchange, and information and technology. Dafna has been involved in large scale health care change initiatives such as Electronic Medication Order Entry, Provincial Wait Times and is currently focusing on Cancer Screening and Prevention initiatives.
